Figure is in new condition, never been taken out of the box. Figure box has light wear, mainly from storage. Please see pics - there is a tear on the box, but it does not compromise the box or the figure. The signature is JSA Certified, but the COA is not included. In one of the pics, you can see the JSA sticker which has the number you can use to verify the authenticity of the signature on JSA's website. What you see is the item you're getting.
