    Description

    Small red and yellow cardboard box that once contained 16 Lipton orange pekoe tea bags.  The familiar image of Thomas Lipton holding a teacup is on the lid, and an ad for Lipton soup mixes is on the back.  Dates from c. 1960 - there are no barcodes or zip codes on the packaging.
    Good condition, with mild wear and age tanning.  The front inner flap is partly detached from the lid, as shown (last two photos).  I found it at an estate sale, where it was being used to store a few small accessories for an old Kodak camera - hence its survival.
