We do not see any obvious imperfections in the glass such as scratches, chips, nicks, or breaks in the glass.  The glass is bright, shiny, and clear.  There is one area on the top rim that appears to have a "bubble" in the glass (see photographs)
The printed pattern is not faded, chipped, or peeling.  The only slight imperfection we see is on the far left side of the design at the bottom.  It looks as if it may have been "smudged" during printing.  (see photographs).
The capacity of the beverage canister will hold 64 fluid ounces.  It measures approximately 10 1/4" inches tall and is approximately 7" wide in diameter as measured from the tip of the pour spout to the end of the handle.
