You are looking at a Selmer Short Shank Soloist H Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece.   I purchased it from a seller in France who somehow acquired several of these as new old stock and I see no signs of refacing.  I play a very old H on soprano and it is a super great player, so I thought I would purchase this too.  It measures a true H tip opening thus making it too large for me personally so instead of having it altered I would find it a "new home".  Players and collectors alike will love this as it has a big, bold sound!!
