    his listing is for a lightly used Selmer (Paris) S80 "D" mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. The S80 is widely regarded as one of the best all around mouthpieces for intermediate to advanced level players. This piece is ideally suited for all varieties of 'legit' music, such as concert/symphonic band, orchestra, sax quartet/chamber ensemble, and solo classical performance. It will also work for jazz and contemporary styles in a pinch.
    This mouthpiece is in excellent used condition. T
    he tip, table, and side rails are perfectly smooth, and there are no indentations on the beak. There is virtually no ligature scratching on the exterior, and the rubber is only very slightly faded/discolored from age,  and the logo/markings are clear. It
    has been cleaned/sanitized, so it is ready to play. These sell for over 0 for a brand new one on ebay, and the cost at a brick and mortar music store is much higher. This is a great chance to get a high quality, as good as new Selmer mouthpiece at a significant savings compared to the cost of a brand new one!
