HANDLING TIME: Thanks to eBay's new "managed payment" system which means your payment can take a week to be credited to a seller's account, shipping time is now FIVE business days.  I don't like this and I don't know anybody who does, but this the way things are now.
I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  I no longer ship outside the United States due to increasing costs and complications.
POSTAGE COST: The postage charge is exactly what the U.S. Post Office collects for the selected delivery service.  So please don't ask; I can't make it cheaper.
In winter months (late November through February), adverse weather may cause delays in shipping.  I will do my best to advise you if this is happening or appears that it will happen while your order is in process.
PAYMENT: Payment is expected within three days of purchase/winning item.  If you cannot pay within that time, please contact me to make arrangements, or I will report the transaction to eBay as Non-Paying Bidder and the item will be relisted.
PACKAGING: Clean reused, recycled, or repurposed packing materials may be used unless otherwise specified in listing.
RETURNS: My stated eBay policy is No Returns.  But if an item doesn't work for you, you can return it if you pay the postage and it's undamaged (still looks same as listing pictures).  If there is a fault with the item not mentioned in the listing, contact me for resolution.
