Return
We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 14 days from the received date. We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost after two weeks.
If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself.
For return due to changing of your mind, 20% of the restocking fee and the round shipping fee are on the your side.
Returning items for a refund must be in new condition by being unopend and in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
