Orthomatic Adjustable Bed Natures Rest motor
Very lightly used, works like new.
Should work on craftmatic beds also if the lenght of the Actuator is 19.5 inches mounting pin to mounting pin when fully extended. The connector might be different so the connector might have to be spiced on from the old motor.
When these are shipped the shaft is screwed all the way in. Before installing spin the shaft by hand until it is almost all the way out. A groove in the shaft will be exposed about 1/4 inch from the black housing when you have it out the right amount as seen in the last picture.
Check to make sure your connector is the same as the one in the picture.
