*Due to high touch sensitivity of some mobile phone displays, false touch may occur during use of the triggers. It is recommended to install the triggers, turn the screen off and back on again before every use (session). In the event that the triggers are still unable to elicit any input response, please retry by turning the screen off and back on again.
*The use of screen protectors may affect touch sensitivity of mobile phone displays, potentially leading to performance inconsistency and malfunctions when using the triggers. In the event that this occurs, please remove the screen protector. Also, it is recommended that OnePlus mobile phone users use an official OnePlus tempered glass screen protector for the best usage experience.
*If the phone is equipped with both screen protector and a protective case, please ensure that the combined thickness (screen protector, phone and protective case) does not exceed 11.5mm so as to avoid damaging the clamping shafts of the triggers.
*Setting up Game Triggers in the game
(NOTE: The following operational instructions are for reference only. Please refer to the game setting instructions within our user guide for illustrations)
• Log into the game and open game settings
• Customize control layout:Select [CONTROLS] - Select [CUSTOM LAYOUT]
• Adjust and match positioning of the on-screen icons with that of the conductive silicone pads located on the triggers
Drag and drop the [Shoot] and [Aim] icons to their proper locations. Align positioning of the conductive silicone pads with on-screen icons. Save and exit control layout settings.
• Installation and usage: Clamp the triggers onto the phone. Ensure that the conductive silicone pads are pressing on the on-screen icons.
*Product is incompatible with the following smartphone models - Smartisan 3, Meizu 15, Meizu 15 Plus, OPPO A8, Lenovo Z5, VIVO Y81S. Other smartphone models may be added without notice.
