1974 Washington DC Calendar Color Photos Personal notes Nixon Resigns 8 x 10 VTG
Photos of Capital, Arlington House, U.S. Marine Corps Memorial, Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, White House, Mount Vernon, Tomb of the Unknowns, Washington Cathedral, Grave of John F. Kennedy, Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.   All beautifully photographed.  Good strong colors.
One family's personal notes throughout, including Nixon Resignation, Ford Swearing in as President, Charles Lindbergh's Death, baptisms, appointments, sale and purchase of houses, illnesses, what I believe to be birthdays and anniversaries of friends and family.  AND a note of Vincent Price being in Denver for the opening of a Mariott Hotel where there was a big dinner and the Denver Symphony Orchestra was part of the event.    Calendar pre-printed notes on dates include historical events, holidays, etc.

Condition:
Wel-cared for calendar lovely COLOR glossy photographs, good strong paper, with a family's personal notes on the dates, even "Nixon Resigns as of noon tomorrow" on 8/8 and "Noon DC Jerry Ford sworn in 25 Pres" on 8/9.  Made by Dexter Press.  Condition is very good.  See description for photo list and photos as well.
