    Description

    This vintage 5 1/8" tall ( 2 3/4" inside diameter, 2 1/2" base) drinking glass features the logo/advertising of two iconic historical brands:  Lipton Tea, and the now defunct Woodward & Lothrop -- perhaps better known as WOODIES -- department store.  The glass may have seen service in the Woodies flagship store restaurant called the Tea Room in Washington D.C., or perhaps in a Woodies restaurant in neighboring Maryland or Virginia.
