Koken 1/4 in sq drive 75 mm Stubby Ratchet Handle.
This superb Ratchet is made by the Japanese company Koken...the quality of these tools is second to none and come with a full warranty against defects in manufacture. These tools are sold by many of the leading independent tool vans both to the Garage trade and Industry.
The ratchet is 75 mm long and has a mechanism of 20 teeth.
These tools incorporate Koken's unique SODH-System and Two Step Dog.
This system has two dogs located in the ratchet body which means that the dogs and springs are held firmly in place, allowing the reversing lever and dog to switch smoothly.
The torque load on the gear is transmitted vertically to the dog, and in turn, down the ratchet handle. This mechanism locks the gears tightly in place while torque is being applied, thus avoiding any gear slippage.
The two Step dog has two flats in contact with the gear teeth, thus increasing the maximum torque load of the ratchet compared with a single step system.
The supreme quality of these tools compares with the very best in the world such as Facom, Mac and Snap-on.
You will not be disappointed ...DO NOT CONFUSE THESE TOP OF THE RANGE ITEMS WITH INFERIOR CHEAPER PRODUCTS !!
