This is the sword from the movie Hattori Hanzo Buds used by Bills’ brother in the films Kill Bill 1 and 2.
After the decorative versions of this katana have been in circulation for a long time, this is now the first really sharp Buds sword forged by hand!
The blade has been polished with edge so that nothing stands in the way of a cutting test with a real Hanzo sword. The blade is fastened on the handle by 2 mekugi. The handle is wrapped in leather and there are 2 very nice menuki under the wrapping.
The montages are made of blackened iron and show floral motifs. The blade is made of high quality carbon steel with a indicated hardness line. Shortly behind the habaki is Bill’s Dedication as an engraving on the sheet.
This katana is delivered along with a high-quality stand and a sword care set.
