The Sculpting Tool Wire Tensioner
holds the cutting wire taut when you do not need to shape the cutting wire or loop it outward for sculpting negative cuts.
The DVD
takes you through all the basics, plus tips on foam gluing and painting. The bonus featurette, Magic Mountains, is a 25-minute step-by-step instruction on how to make a great looking spooky mountain diorama that can also be transformed into a snow village, or miniature gaming terrain.

If you are unsure whether or not this tool will cut the foam you intend to cut, please contact us before buying. The Hot Wire tools will cut many kinds of foam, but always check with the foam manufacturer to make sure there are no health or safety hazards when using hot wire tools.
NOTE:
Polyurethane foam (aka upholstery foam) should not be cut with hot wire tools. It needs a ton of heat, gives off toxic fumes, and leaves a lot of melted plastic wherever it is cut. We recommend that the polyurethane foams only be cut with a blade or saw.

Please remove the knife carefully from the box so as not to permanently bend or break the blade - it should readjust itself and go straight again.
