****Thoroughly clean the surface of the game controller where the grip is to be installed, ensure the area is free of oil and grit from use, wiping it down with RUBBING alcohol and a lint free towel or rag is the preferred method
.

Let the surface dry completely before installing the rubber grip – Very Important! If you do not let the surface dry completely the grip will not adhere to the surface and render the grip useless.

Test the fitting of the rubber grip with the backing still on to ensure proper alignment, take your time with this….
·
Once you have determined the proper alinement, remove the grip backing.
Avoid touching the adhesive backing as much as possible, and apply the rubber grip gently while checking the placement and the alignment before completely pressing the grip on to the GAME CONTROLLER.
During this process you can slightly reposition the grip to remove air bubbles and ensure correct alignment.

If the rubber grip is positioned correctly and all air bubbles removed, firmly press the grip onto the associated areas on the game controller causing it to conform to the case.

****Once the grip has been firmly pressed on the game controller, heat up the rubber grip with a hair dryer (Do not exceed 130 degrees) and firmly press into place again- paying special attention to the edges of the grip. For best results, repeat this process 2-3 times.

WARNING-Do not allow cleaning fluids or solvents to come in contact with the rubber grip, it will dissolve the adhesive and the grip will come off.

If you choose to remove the rubber grip, it will easily peel off. Any residual adhesive can be removed with rubbing alcohol.
ONCE A RUBBER GRIP IS REMOVED IT CANNOT BE USED AGAIN.
