Giant 23" Decorative Advertisement Pot Metal Folding ''Pocket'' Knife

23" Decorative display Pot Metal Folding Knife.  Edge and tip are not sharp nor are they made to be.  This is not a pocket knife, this is not a functional knife.  It's for decoration - it's almost 2 feet long with the "blade" out; likely a store promo/decoration.  There is no locking mechanism to keep the blade out or in; the blade swings freely. It is purely for decoration (unless you do some heavy modding, which I can't say I'd recommend as I don't know what metal this is made of, but it's light and I'd say it wouldn't be durable in a swordfight or something).  Age and brand/maker unknown, but it is a few decades old (probably 1960s/70s).
