Make sure rack is oriented so that the hollows of the bowls are facing down. Weave Strips of Bacon over the raised mounds of the rack; this allows the Bacon grease to drip down & away from the Strips.
FOR GRILL USE: Place on a pre-heated grill over indirect flame & cook until Bacon is crispy, about 40-50 Min. Remove rack from grill & gently remove Bacon bowls. Wipe away excess grease. Flip the rack over & replace the Bacon bowls into the bowls of the rack. Fill with your desired ingredients. (For best results, pre-cook your fillings as necessary.) place the filled rack back on the grill to finish cooking all ingredients together, about 10-15 Min. Remove rack & let cool a few Min. Carefully remove filled Bacon bowls & serve.
FOR OVEN USE: Wrap Bacon Strips around cups & bake at 400 Degree for 25-30 Min. Remove rack from oven & allow to cool 5 Min. Gently remove Bacon bowl from rack & wipe away excess grease. Flip rack upside-down & add desired toppings into Bacon bowls. Cook an additional 10-15 Min until Bacon is crisp & toppings are warm.
CARE: Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Use a sponge or plastic scrubber to increase the life of your rack. Dishwasher safe.
