In September 2008, Nicky Nemeth was repackaged as Dolph Ziggler. Since then, he has held the World Heavyweight Championship twice, the Intercontinental Championship six times, the United States Championship twice, the Raw Tag Team Championship twice, and the SmackDown Tag Team Championship once. Overall in WWE, Nemeth has held 14 total championships. His other accomplishments include becoming the sole survivor of two Survivor Series elimination matches and the 2012 Money in the Bank winner as well as headlining multiple WWE pay-per-view events.
Presented is a tee shirt that was worn by Dolph Ziggler in the WWE ring. The match-up was for Monday Night Raw on August 18, 2014 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. It was tossed out into the crowd and caught by a fan close to the ring.
It is a bright florescent pink custom shirt with the ’90’s style graphic slogan on the front made famous by Ziggler, “YOU WISH YOU COULD…” and on the back, “(DZ) – PULL THIS OFF”. The shirt is sleeveless for maximum muscle exposure and frayed in sections around the waist and bottom verso.
The interior has the proper stamp style tagging in the collar as official WWE merchandise and his size Medium. It was autographed for the fan that caught it at a later event when presented to him in black felt tip (“8-9”) on the front portion, “YOU”. Also signed for the fan was an 8×10 photo of Ziggler wearing the tee-shirt in silver felt tip (“9”). In addition, he also had him sign the ticket from the event in gold. Overall, a memorable experience with a rare ring worn shirt of a stellar wrestler captured by a fan.
