Charles Chedeville bass clarinet mouthpiece.
This is a beautiful Charles Chedeville "QUALITÉ SUPÉRIEURE" 7 bass clarinet mouthpiece refaced by Richard Hawkins ("RH"). Unfortunately it had a bad injury to the shank apparently in the past (see photos) and the shank was glued back together successfully. I have had it for several years and don't know the full history on this, but it has been remarkably solid and stable. The cracks were on the shank and don't extend into the mouthpiece body/chamber.
The tip opening measures about 1.63 and facing length about 25 mm. It does play very well in spite of the past trauma.
