Finest quality Solingen German high carbon steel.
3/4 inch size.
Fully forged blade with solid bolster.
Blade markings clearly stamped into the steel.
Unused and unsharpened. Has carbon spots from age and storage but no pitting or damage.
Wood handle still has the original Eye Brand Label.
Great item for collectors. Eye Brand carpentry tools have not been made in many years and are very rare in any condition. Schlieper are well known for knives but once offered a large selection of cutlery and hardware. Most are extremely rare today and sought out by collectors.
