    gasket with RTV adhesive:
    Fits All Traeger, reccomended for "elite" models.
    This is the premier way to seal up that leaky Traeger.
    The RTV adhesive is a superb food grade silicon that bonds extremely well to powdercoat.
    The high temp black Nomex® gasket material only available here.
    You will get many years of service out of this kit with out any headaches.
    Installation directions:
    Clean surface with rubbing alcohol or food safe degreaser
    Lightly sand surface to remove stubborn grease or build up.
    Squeeze contents of tube onto door edge where gasket is to be installed. Press on gasket to install, do not stretch.
    There is enough RTV adhesive to make a 1/8" bead that is over 29 feet long! (more than enough for your traeger)
    No heat cure needed.  Cures in 24 hours, 1 hour to touch. (see tube for instructions)
    Installation notes
    : There is enough adhesive to make a 1/8" bead by 29 feet.  you should put two 1/8" beads on the base and two on the lid.
    We also offer a high temp, self adhesive Nomex kit that is even easier to install
    Note: This is the reccomended kit for Traeger Elite, because this adhesive is best suited for the powdercoated finish on Elite models.  Ofcoarse, it is great on ANY Traeger!
