LARGE ITEM / FREIGHT DELIVERIES :
Any item that requires a pallet for shipping (cabinets, chair packages, track lights, etc...) will be sent by one of several freight companies. It is NOT the responsibility of the freight company to remove these items from the pallet and take them inside your location. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE can be requested for an additional fee if you need these accommodations.
