This is a high quality reproduction of the original cable that holds the assistant arm level as the chair back reclines.  These cables can break if the arm becomes stuck under an obstacle or from corrosion inside the sheath.  This cable is no longer available through Adec, leaving you with no usable assistant arm.  At Midsouth Dental we pride ourselves on supplying our customers with the parts they need even when the manufactures no longer supply the parts.   This cable is built from equivalent or better materials than the OEM cable.
