You are receiving foam which meets the specified compression and firmness ratio. Compression is the measured firmness any number of pounds a person forces upon the foam at a quarter percentage and bounce back to it’s original form and thickness.
USES
Ideal for foam mattresses, furniture and car cushions, bedding, gaming tables and all home, personal and property applications.
Upon receiving the foam, you must
1) NOT use a blade to cut the plastic as there will be damage incurred. A slight cut or incision is enough to properly unwrap the packaging.
2) Kindly allow 2 days average in order for the foam to “breath” after unwrapping in order for the foam to bounce back to it’s original form.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
When you file for a RETURN REQUEST, please take note of the following:

Send us a message telling the reason for the return of goods. We will be happy to exchange your returned items, for VALID reasons, to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If the item being returned is damaged or defective, please send us a message WITH picture verification IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, we won’t be able to process an exchange.

We offer prepaid return labels when the reason for return is one of the following:

____ Product damaged during shipping
Otherwise, buyer pays for the Return Shipping.
Claims made after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for prepaid Return Labels.

BUYER’S REMORSE: When you receive the item(s), you have a 14 day return period (Remorse Period), in which you can return the product(s) to us and we will issue a full refund tot your account. Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days after delivery.

To remove creases that may have been obtained from the packaging, please remove the item from packaging as soon as possible and let it breath for 24-48 hours to return to original shape/size. For rugs, roll the rug tightly and leave it for a few hours to remove any folding lines that may have formed during transit.
