I am the original owner having purchased it when it was published and stored away for most of its existence ( 42 years).  Smoke-free house

number via Canada Post. (With TRACKING, Canada postage is expensive, unfortunately) .  Without tracking, postage would be 10.00 (with no responsibility for lost items by the postal systems), so the extra 6.00 is worth the protection.
